Join our dynamic BBC Studios team as we seek a talented Marketing Manager to spearhead initiatives for our globally beloved animated series, Bluey. Ranked as the top series for preschoolers and kids in 2023, and the second most-streamed series across all audiences by Nielsen, Bluey promises an exciting journey ahead.


The chosen candidate will collaborate closely with our Senior Marketing Manager, contributing to the implementation of comprehensive regional and global brand and marketing strategies. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

  • Serve as the primary liaison for day-to-day activations, collaborating with Global Brand Management Teams to craft regionally tailored campaigns spanning the US, CA, and Latin America.
  • Partner closely with the Senior Manager and the broader B&L team to bring annual marketing plans to life, supporting the execution of pivotal initiatives.
  • Foster collaboration with internal and external Communications and Marketing Teams, overseeing retained PR agencies and driving the implementation of marketing and communications strategies, including the formulation of influencer strategies.
  • Collaborate with Licensing leads to ensure cohesive prioritization, focus, expenditure, and revenue alignment during key launches and brand milestones.
  • Take charge of managing regional marketing budgets and meticulously track performance against KPIs.
  • Develop comprehensive summary decks on brand campaigns across multi-territory activations, distributing them to stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Deepen understanding of target consumer needs for both B2B and B2C opportunities across the Marketing Mix.
  • Uphold brand identity, DNA, and tone of voice consistency across all marketing collateral.
  • Conduct thorough market trend analysis to pinpoint opportunities for our brands.
  • Provide support for the development of Coordinator(s) within the Brands and Licensing team.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in marketing, with a preference for the entertainment industry.
  • Experience in developing multi-platform marketing materials and executing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively across various territories and collaborate crossfunctionally within a team environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering compelling and polished brand and sales decks, showcasing strong presentation skills.

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated passion for the Bluey brand and the children's entertainment sector.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential, with familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite considered a bonus.


Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $100k-110k. This does not include other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and geographic location of the position.

 

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
