The Role

HR & Recruitment Coordinator 

We have kicked off a search for a Human Resources & Recruitment Coordinator to join our People & Workplace team! This role will directly assist our HR leadership team with a range of responsibilities related to Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and HR Operations.


What you’ll do:

  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, and schedule assimilation meetings 
  • Assist with drafting and posting job descriptions, resume review, and maintenance of our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse)
  • Coordinate onsite interviews, travel and accommodation, and team calendars
  • Support proper maintenance of our HR system (Paylocity), employee files and forms management
  • Assist with HR programs such as annual performance reviews and employee trainings
  • Support requests for analytics around talent management, payroll, employee data, and recruitment
  • Support the planning and coordination of employee engagement events and company meetings as needed
  • Process employee product discounts on a weekly basis 
  • Provide other administrative support as needed

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years experience supporting a human resources department 
  • Experience with data management and administrative support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Powerpoint & Excel
  • Ability to handle confidential information carefully and professionally
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with superb attention to detail


Percentage of Time:

10% On-boarding

  • Ticket generation 
  • Email new hires w/ logistics 
  • Inside Honest profile creation 
  • Tour 
  • Folder creation – 1st day 
  • Schedule 1-1 sessions for functional and HR 
  • Handle new hire HR paperwork and enter into Paylocity 


15% Event Support

  • Scheduling and booking venues, vendors
  • Researching and brainstorming
  • Ordering food
  • Executing events (set-up and tear down)
  • Communicating with employees about details
  • Bringing fresh eyes and excitement around events 


30% Recruitment support 

  • Interview scheduling 
  • Hosting candidates onsite
  • Candidate mgmt in Greenhouse
  • Resume review 
  • Expense reports for HR 
  • Background checks (initiations & monitoring)


HR Ops support

  • HR Data Entry & System Updates
  • Termination Processing (emails, paylocity, etc.)
  • Data / Report (regular reports for other departments and ad hoc as needed)
  • Filing & Paper file maintenance
