Website Analyst CRO

Remote (United States) Lindon, UT

What You'll Do

We want your expertise in helping optimize our website for our current and prospective customers. You’ll instrument the website to collect critical data, build reporting to illustrate trends and problem areas, and drive testing of new designs and solutions. We need a broadly skilled website analyst with the ability to take on big challenges, use data to understand complex problems, and drive resolution across teams.

We are looking for someone who will:

  • Challenge current methods and processes for measuring website performance - including conversion results
  • Embrace the data from instrumentation and enablement to report-building and monitoring
  • Develop reporting and monitoring strategies for key website workflows and initiatives
  • Think creatively about ways to test, measure, and improve our customer experiences vs the competition
  • Use data to communicate wins and train internal stakeholders as needed
  • Work to understand our business, know our target audiences, and devise ways to better connect with them via digital experiences
  • Work, do great things, then go home (or back to the living room)!


What We'll Love About You

  • You're Google Analytics certified (or equivalent); familiar with Google Optimize and Tag Manager
  • You have 2+ years of optimizing websites for conversion
  • You have at least 2+ years of website analytics experience
  • You have a working knowledge of HTML and website technologies
  • You know how to juggle multiple timelines, prioritize projects, and see them through
  • You can communicate effectively and build relationships with team members as well as other website administrators


What Will Make Us REALLY Love You

  • You have experience with Adobe Analytics and/or the Adobe stack
  • You’re conversant in javascript and/or have web development experience
  • You can write SQL queries and perform data analysis
  • You’re PMP certified
  • You have expertise building data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.
  • You have participated in customer experience analysis and design
