As a Web / Full Stack engineer working on Tinder’s Growth Infrastructure team, you will architect and help build critical tools at massive scale and develop self-serve technologies to enable a vast number of engagement campaigns running in production. You will have tons of responsibility, freedom, and opportunity to have a direct and immediate impact on exploring new ideas to drive user engagement and retention. You will help Tinder to evolve relentlessly through rapid iterations on product features, revenue, user growth and advanced matching algorithms. In addition to our flexible remote options across the United States, by applying to this role you can be considered for Full Stack Engineer currently available in our Los Angeles, San Francisco and/or Palo Alto offices. Currently, our teams are working together remotely and we've adapted our recruiting processes to accommodate virtual interviews with prospective hires. Our in-person offices will reopen when it is safe to do so.

In this Web / Full Stack Engineer role, you will:

Support and improve existing engagement and retention tools in production
Design and develop new growth infrastructure modules
Maintain and evolve our content management platform and user segmentation platform to improve performance efficiency
Partner with engineering, analytics, and product stakeholders to define growth strategies, guidelines and standard methodologies

We're looking for:

BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical field
Experience building complicated web interface
Experience in UI/UX design
Programming effectively in Javascript under React or Angular
Experience with NoSQL or RDBMS platforms
Good understanding of architecting, developing, and maintaining cloud technologies, architecting (especially in Amazon Web Services)
Bonus points for exposure to growth / CRM platform, analytics, statistics, or A/B, multivariate testing
