Moreover, you will create and run growth experiments to improve content and help foster an experiment culture within the team.

You will combine inputs from multiple partners (including SEO, paid marketing, product marketing, demand generation, and more) into data-driven decisions that move the site forward and provide an informed perspective on web best practices, while prioritizing a "we should test that" mindset.

You will

  • Work with partners to shape the web roadmap on a quarterly basis.
  • Develop an experimentation roadmap, for optimizing traffic flows and conversion.
  • Understand analytics trends, flagging and addressing notable changes as they arise.
  • Work with our Content Engineering team to grow our CMS as a production tool

You have

  • 3+ years of web publishing and content management experience, like Wordpress.
  • Experience running controlled growth experiments, with an understanding of analyzing results.
  • Comfort self-serving in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Tableau, and Splunk.
