Warehouse Coordinator

Delta, BC

As our Warehouse Coordinator, you will monitor and control finished goods, and bulk biomass. You will coordinate the movement of inventory between our two facilities, as well as outbound shipments to customers and third-party partners. You are energetic, respectful and trustworthy with good documentation, inventory, and organizational skills.


Essential Functions

  • Pick, pack and ship customer orders, including retail, wholesale and biomass
  • Oversee and assist with loading and unloading of deliveries
  • Organize storage locations according to established requirements
  • Track and manage inventory by completing regular cycle counts and bin location verifications
  • Prepare shipments for site-to-site intercompany transfers
  • Perform quarterly and year end inventory cycle counts
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and perform regular inventory audits
  • Update and maintain storage database
  • Daily housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe and clean work environment
  • Ensure compliance to all Health and Safety legislation and guidelines
  • Support to ensure all KPI’s and targets are achieved
  • Organize indirect and MRO materials


Other Duties

  • We work in a fast-paced environment, rolling up our sleeves to build something bigger than ourselves. Other duties may arise from time to time/most of the time and as a team, we look to support each other.


Your Brand, Your Story

  • We already know you are passionate about maintaining and organizing warehouse processes, but we want to know more about your story and experiences. You're good at the following: 
  • Experience in a warehouse facility or industrial/manufacturing environment
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to lift 40-50 pounds and work standing up for long periods
  • Ability to execute techniques repetitively with consistent results
  • Good documentation, inventory, and organizational skills
  • Excellent follow through skills and ability to work within time constraints
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Effective time management skills with an ability to multi-task efficiently
  • Energetic, respectful and trustworthy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Must be available on weekends, if required
  • Must have the ability to obtain and pass a RCMP Criminal Record Check and maintain security clearance. Please note our background check process includes proof of full COVID-19 vaccination status.
