Plans, designs, develops, and tests software systems or applications for software enhancements and new products including cloud-based or internet-related tools.

Typically, may be head of function for a large region/ theatre, or a role within a defined functional discipline which has global responsibility. ; Within Sales function, reviews and approves sales plans, strategies and forecasts for assigned region. Also, manages long-term pipeline by aggressively looking for strategic relationships and long-term customer commitments.
Decisions impact across functions and/or division operations. Consideration to cross division/geography impact. Decisions to weigh local standards to divisional policy.; For Infusion/Medical businesses - Decisions or erroneous actions affect significantly the well-being of multiple patients.
Works on highly complex issues where analysis of situation requires in-depth knowledge of the division. Provides strategic thought and direction to senior managers to drive activities across a broad spectrum of staff to obtain results. Determine strategy while considering regional and global business environment. Regularly interacts with executives and/or major customers. Interactions normally involve controversial situations, customer negotiations, or influencing and persuading other senior level managers. Communicates and fosters a common vision for divisional function.
Degree or equivalent experience.
Typically has 15+ years of professional experience and 10+ years diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization and people motivation skill (or equivalent experience).
