We are looking to add a Senior Vice President of Product Management ​to our team. As the S​VP of Product Management,​ you will have responsibility for driving the product strategy for Evernote. As a thought leader, you will innovate on behalf of our customers by directing the ongoing development of our features and solutions.

 

The ideal candidate will have prior experience delivering solutions in a consumer software or SaaS environment. Most importantly, they will possess a strong inner drive to delight users, enjoy working with some of the finest minds in the industry, and truly be a part of something unique that will have a lasting impact on the Evernote product.

 

What you will do:

  • Lead Evernote’s Product Management organization
  • Participate as an executive in the general operation of the business
  • Create product strategy for new features and offerings based on internal discussion, client demand, data, and thought leadership
  • Convert this product strategy into a prioritized product roadmap and partner with Design and Engineering to drive execution of that roadmap
  • Manage relationships across all functions to ensure feature feasibility, collaboration amongst teams, and to identify any potential barriers to launch
  • Participate in all aspects of the development lifecycle, from definition through deployment and support
  • Communicate progress and other items of importance across the organization and to our Board of Directors
  • Drive revenue growth by converting new and existing users
  • Maintain a culture of high performance across the Product Management organization
  • Manage discipline around measurement and reporting of success of each product offering
  • Recruit world class talent

 

What you have done

  • 12+ years of experience leading and managing the Product function for a large-scale consumer application
  • Proven success driving growth of subscription-based software models through sustained user-centered product innovation
  • A strong history of relationship building and collaboration with Engineering organizations
  • Ability to lead projects and establish effective working relationships across a complex startup environment spanning multiple geographies
  • Highly adept at informing product direction through data-driven analysis and direct user study
  • Possesses an intuitive grasp of the small but crucial details that elevate product functionality into compelling and even magical experiences for end users
  • Collaborative orientation and exceptional communication skills
  • A player-coach leadership mentality with proven success at developing product management talent
  • Passion for the personal productivity space and the Evernote experience
  • Advanced degree in relevant field or highly relevant experience in lieu of education
