VP of Enterprise Sales

Remote (United States)

The VP of Enterprise Sales, National Accounts is responsible for staying abreast of the changing government landscape and communicating pertinent information to the both internally and externally to support the growth of objectives of key accounts assigned to them. This role will include precise execution of tasks across the sales spectrum from successful presentations and physically delivery to economic expertise and contract negotiations.


Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop and manage the critical national health plan accounts to obtain sales revenue targets, objectives and key results outlined by the EVP of Enterprise Sales.
  • Maintain active reporting on key revenue targets, pipeline, forecasting, objectives and key results for the account portfolio assigned to you.
  • Develop relationships with the lines of business across your assigned accounts including but not limited to Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid lines of business with the ultimate goal of creating financially viable services contracts. 
  • Support specific national accounts that will be assigned, that are either sold or in the near-term contracting phase and work collaboratively with client success to expand within the various membership groups.
  • In partnership with legal and compliance resources, provide up to date information and guidance to the team on government rules and regulations that impact Papa.
  • Leverage experience and understanding of broad healthcare landscape to stay abreast of evolving health system, payer, employer, and direct to consumer landscapes, both domestically and internationally. 
  • Drive new sales/upsells with new/current clients through consultative interactions to understand their near- and long-term goals and needs, and ensure Papa’s product pipeline matches those needs.
  • Assist in the development and refreshing of the enterprise specialty care strategy and roadmap; work with Product Development teams to ensure Papa products deliver a scalable solution that drives value for clients and customers in order to retain and grow existing clients and drive new sales. 


Requirements:

  • 10+ Years of Health Care Experience Required
  • 5+ years of relevant experience with Health Care Plans
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • BA/BS degree in health care, business, finance or related field
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Results-oriented individual with dedication and passion for our mission
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Demonstrated organizational skills
  • Deep understanding of health systems and how they operate including, but not limited to commercial and government business lines.
