VP Marketing

Kinexon Industries is searching for an experienced, hands-on marketing leader (m/f/d) to build and execute our global marketing strategy.

With a “Zero to 1” mindset for growing our company, you will play a critical role in developing our marketing campaigns and our team across the United States and Europe. As the head of the department, you will be accountable for orchestrating & driving performance within the functions of demand generation, content marketing, events, brand, product marketing, communications and customer advocacy.

As a cross-functional role, you’ll be working alongside sales, business development, product, and finance leaders. You’ll report directly to the CEO, and will have direct oversight of our budget.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Diversifying our marketing mix to increase buyer persona awareness and demand from earned, organic, paid efforts
Partnering with our product team and our exec team to lead our thought leadership creation & amplification efforts across the transformation of IoT, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Autonomous Operations
Leading and managing a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture
Owning and maintaining the marketing calendar to deploy timely promotions as well as the latest news and industry content
Oversee all online efforts as well as offline marketing activities such as events, partner enablement, communications and media/analyst relations
Managing our growing marketing tech stack while optimizing our current tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, and ZoomInfo
Tracking and reporting on key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement
Providing deeper insights into CAC, LTV, and additional growth KPIs

YOUR PROFILE

10+ years of marketing experience, preferably for a high value technology product with complex sales cycles
A deep passion and demonstrated success (7+ years of leadership experience) for all aspects of building and developing a marketing team - coaching, contributing, and managing people
A track record of building thought leadership programs for other companies
Ability to convey ideas succinctly verbally, in writing, and when presenting to others
Ability to juggle multiple projects and shift priorities as needed
Self-starter mentality and able to operate without much guidance
A proven ability to uplevel brand awareness and demand generation goals via the latest B2B marketing approaches
Previous experience in enterprise SaaS and/or managed technology services required
Experience managing budget and ROI from the bottom up
Experience in the US is essential, additional working experience in the EU would be preferred
Proficient with HubSpot, Salesforce, Wordpress/Webflow, and other digital platforms
Strong communication skills, a bias towards execution, and quantitative/analytical aptitude are a must. You should also be resourceful, flexible, entrepreneurial at heart, and conscious of the bottom line
Fluent English language skills are a must, both spoken and written; German would be a plus
