VP, Large Client Marketing

The Vice President, Large Client Marketing is a driven and experienced marketer to help grow the CareCredit program in our large client / national accounts. This role is a high profile, dynamic position responsible for developing co-marketing programs with strategic clients across the Dental business. This position will work closely with the client and partner relationship leaders, Industry GMs and marketing leaders to innovate and execute B2B and B2B2C marketing strategies that drive consumer acquisition and usage of the CareCredit credit card and drive adoption and utilization of CareCredit technology integrations. 


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Act as senior liaison with client marketing representatives up to C-suite level.
  • Supervise creation of marketing campaigns integrated with client’s marketing plans and channels to drive both cardholder acquisition and CareCredit purchase volume as well as customer lead and acquisition for the client.
  • Understanding and experience in digital marketing disciplines including paid social, paid search, SEO / SEM, programmatic and display advertising, to assist and enable client’s marketing teams when leveraging contractual marketing dollars.
  • Identify opportunity within client organizations to drive better engagement and understanding of CareCredit within individual practice locations.
  • Develop and maintain a marketing and reporting rhythm with internal stakeholders and external client marketing teams to illustrate campaign performance, reinforce product value and keep client marketing teams engaged.
  • Identify opportunity and partner with cardholder, digital and product marketing to identify opportunities to acquisition and repeat use through client marketing channels.
  • Work closely with internal national account managers to develop ideas and strategies to help meet CareCredit goals while driving the client’s business growth and objectives.
  • Work closely with Business Development team to develop presentations to prospect for new clients.
  • Work closely with analytics and finance to develop/ track campaign analytics
  • Manage creative agencies to implement marketing campaigns
  • Executive level presentation development and delivery
  • Manage budget including forecasting and tracking
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned


Location: This position is a remote opportunity anywhere in the continental US.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree OR in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma and 5+ years of marketing experience in the Healthcare Industry, plus:
  • 7+ years of marketing experience to include:
  • Innovating and executing on strategy
  • Prior B2B and B2B2C marketing experience
  • A strong analytics background needed to set strategy and measure performance
  • comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns with strong experience in digital marketing
  • development capacity
  • 5+ years of experience partnering with creative agencies
  • 5+ years client-facing experience in sales, marketing, or business
  • 2+ years consumer marketing experience
  • Ability to travel ~25%


DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS:

  • Business-to-business marketing experience
  • Collaborative team player with ability to influence across all levels of internal and external organizations
  • Experience in either the Financial Services industry or Dental, Veterinary Services, Cosmetic, Vision, Audiology, and/or Wellness healthcare industries
  • Strong working knowledge of multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Healthcare marketing experience strongly preferred
  • Sales experience preferred
  • MBA
  • B2B and Client marketing experience
  • Consumer and DTC marketing experience
  • C-Suite executive presence and presentation skills
  • Analytical
  • Marketing strategy including development/execution of integrated marketing campaigns managing creative agencies, research or analytic partners
  • Experience with consumer credit offers and B2B2C marketing programs

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must be 18 years or older
  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
  • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
  • New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must have at least a “consistently meets expectations” performance rating and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance requirement).

The salary range for this position is 85,000.00 – 170,000.00 USD Annual

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA and Metro NY and some positions are bonus eligible.
