The VP of Conversion will lead all of Minute Media’s sports betting conversion and betting-related social growth. The position will focus on implementing and scaling our conversion efforts across betting-focused brands as well as our digital sports network that reaches tens of millions of fans every month. The role includes managing our media buying operation as well as product-focused conversion efforts that require the utilization and testing of internal and third-party tools to optimize UX. The role also includes managing commercial partnerships and vendor relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive betting conversions. You’ll have one primary goal: maximize FTD’s.
  • Define, implement and execute Minute Media's betting-related conversion and growth marketing strategies & initiatives across websites and social platforms.
  • Manage product-related initiatives to optimize UX via A/B testing with various internal and external product and CMS tools.
  • Manage and optimize all betting-related media buying across all major platforms.
  • Create consensus and alignment across our internal teams (content, product, sales, finance) and report results company wide.
  • Develop comprehensive conversion strategy for new betting states.
  • Manage betting-related commercial partnerships and vendor relationships.


What You Have

  • Substantial experience in betting conversion via paid media and product optimization via managing third party tools and integration (widgets, data tools, etc.).
  • History of comprehensive media buying across all major social platforms.
  • Strong work ethic, with deep strategic thinking capabilities and hyper-attention to detail.
  • Track record of rapidly launching and scaling operations in new markets/territories.
  • Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders in Product, Growth, and Content, as well as communicate goals and progress to the wider company.
  • Ability to execute large-scale, data, product and A/B testing intensive, long-term projects.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, looking for a significant new challenge to embark on.
  • Background in working with design teams to create custom, conversion-focused UX (preferred).
