VP Ambulatory Services

Aurora, CO

Reporting to the and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of University of Colorado Hospital (UCH), the Vice President of Ambulatory Services will be responsible for the performance of all clinic operations at the University of Colorado Hospital. This includes cost, quality, and patient satisfaction results.

Reports to:    Chief Operating Officer

Responsibilities

  • Creates a high-performance culture that focuses on access, execution and service.
  • Collaborates with key leadership to manage the successful onboarding and integration of new practices and providers.
  • In conjunction with corporate and local development teams, identifies, oversees and executes on growth opportunities.
  • Assists with the acquisition of required talent to drive the successful implementation and long-term sustainability of various clinic models.

 

Candidate Qualifications

The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:


Education/Experience

  • Minimum Required Education: Master's Degree in related field.
  • Minimum Experience: 10 years progressive leadership experience.
  • Experience in matrixed reporting relationships and possess strong collaboration skills to foster relationships across UCHealth and University of Colorado School of Medicine.
