Visual Motion Designer

Coca-Cola Creative Studios is a growing, ambitious in-house agency based out of the global headquarters of The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, GA. We are responsible for providing strategic creative, digital, and video content and services to the global Marketing and PACS (Public Affairs, Communications, and Sustainability) group to fuel the growth and Purpose of The Coca-Cola Company. We welcome bold, creative, agile team members to join us as the driving force behind the company’s global messages and key campaigns.


We are seeking an experienced Visual Designer/Animator to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Design Team Lead and working in close collaboration with both the design and video teams, this person will bring to life a variety of visual styles, from concept through design and full animation for projects that range from full-scale campaigns to stand-alone efforts and everything in between for digital, interactive, motion and video.


What You’ll Do for Us: 

  • Work with the Creative Director, team leads, producers, designers, editors and the larger Studios team to design static work for digital and print projects and motion graphics and animations for all content types (2D, 3D, VFX and compositing) that explain concepts, raises awareness, sell ideas, change behavior and/or educate stakeholders and business partners.
  • Convert complex business concepts into easily understood and quickly digested visual explanations and communications.
  • Design and create storyboards and animation tests for proof of concept.
  • Interact with and pitch concepts to clients, producers, creative directors and team members.
  • Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and keep projects on schedule. Proactively communicate project status updates to project managers, producers and creative directors.
  • Maintain and apply knowledge of brand identity systems while also exploring opportunities to evolve these systems to support stakeholders as needed.
  • Provide insight around new techniques, software and trends.


Qualifications & Requirements:   

Functional Skills:

  • Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and the Microsoft 365 suite. Experience with Premiere, Cinema 4D, Maya, Unreal or other related software is a bonus.
  • Understanding of digital design, print design, motion design and animation.
  • Expertise in composition, layout, type and color with experience creating a wide variety of design deliverables.
  • Candidates should have an impressive portfolio of work that demonstrates static design, motion design, and animation.
  • Ability to thrive working on cross-functional teams, identifying the connections between disparate information, and anticipating roadblocks to achieving objectives.
  • Enthusiasm for brainstorming, ideation and concepting in collaboration with a core team.
  • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.


Related Work Experience:  Minimum of 3 – 5 years of work experience. Applicants must submit a portfolio of work that demonstrates static design for digital and print, motion graphics, and animation. Experience working across teams and geographies in a complex, global environment.


Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree preferred
