Visual Designer

We are looking for a talented visual designer to enhance Getlabs presence in the market. As a visual designer, you will work with a variety if internal teams to collaborate on design creations. Above all, you will be challenged with reimagining the healthcare experience to be one that patients actually look forward to. From beautiful, comforting design to simple, easy-to-use functionality, you will contribute to making Getlabs an amazing and inviting experience for patients.

What you will do:

• As a foundational member of the design team you will translate the Getlabs brand into compelling and consistent visual designs, communications, and visual storytelling.
• Concepting and creating visual design for a range of digital and print components including websites, presentations, partnership marketing materials, landing pages, emails, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to create compelling business presentations that effectively communicate our vision to internal and external audiences.
• Expand and evolve our visual identity system and brand elements by creating new components such as iconography, data visualizations, photography, grid layouts, color usage, and motion graphics.
• Establish and maintain presentation design templates and guidelines for use across the company.
• Provide guidance for visual expression across teams.
• Participate in weekly design critiques and reviews.

What we are looking for:

• 3-5 years of professional visual design experience (although you might have had a different job title, like “art director” or “UI designer”)
• Be exceptionally skilled in all presentation tools and platforms, and extremely proficient in visual design systems, informational design and communication design.
• Strong communications skills and ability to work across various teams at any level.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and similar design tools.​​Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design work.
• Experience in motion graphics, animation, video, 3D, illustration and email marketing.
• Passionate about the Healthcare industry, hospitality or both
