Visual Designer
RoundGlass is looking for a Visual Designer with a passion for making beautiful, ground-breaking work. You’ll craft visual content that tells the RG story, creating digital experiences that people love.
You’ll join a growing design team, contributing to the UI of the RoundGlass product. Our visual designers partner with UX designers, content strategists, and business leaders to create a cohesive RG experience across all channels. You will be the champion of our visual design strategy, incorporating it throughout the customer journey.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate closely with product stakeholders to create visually compelling graphics and UI’s with a consistent visual style
- Work with business and product teams to understand the “big picture” of web/digital communication
- Work directly with other designers to envision and iterate concepts
- Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the team
- Design mockups and high-fidelity user interfaces
Who we are looking for:
- 3-5 years of Ul design experience
- A solid design background with an obsessive eye for visual and interaction details
- Experience designing web and mobile apps
- A passion in creating great product strategy
- Ability to work with design systems and infrastructure architecture
- A POV on great visual design and how to advocate for it
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Computer Interaction, Visual Communications or equivalent
- Strong experience with Adobe Suite, Sketch, and other design tools
- Photography, production and motion design experience a plus
