Vice President, Program & Performance Management

Boca Raton, FL

Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, for all of Unified Unified Health care (Unified Women’s Healthcare MSO, CCRM, Lucina, Gennev and any future growth), the Program & Performance Management Vice President will lead enterprise-wide strategic and operational projects. This position will also support strategic vision and leadership for designing, developing, and implementing key business initiatives that create customer and/or business value across all of Unified. This person will play a crucial role in our Unified Enterprise Program Performance Management Office. This leader should be comfortable working with the C-Suite and key senior leaders across the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Lead teams with members at all levels; clarify meeting content, objectives, and establish team norms.
  • Collaborate with and lead internal stakeholders across departments, external vendors, and subject matter experts to create and execute complex project plans and schedules; ensure that all projects not only achieve on-time and on-budget metrics but meet the business goals and achieve the expected business outcomes upon completion.
  • Cultivate an understanding of project management tools and tactics that best fit specific use-cases and spread awareness about how to use in-house digital tools to support best practices.
  • Ensure quality of the work produced by cross-functional teams, and make sure deliverables are current and accessible.
  • Manage Microsoft Project Web Access enterprise Environment.
  • Manage budgets and schedules, ensuring accuracy and transparency for the team.
  • Maintain excellent verbal and written communication with all stakeholders; Provide insight and support to enhance existing communications between teams.
  • Facilitate meetings to help participants reach decisions, define next actions, and accomplish goals.
  • Work with team members to understand their operational needs thoroughly, in context, emphasizing listening before solutioning.
  • Flexibly employ training, documentation, and process changes as well as more traditional project management solutions such as use of a Gantt chart, status report, etc.
  • Present status and updates to key leadership across the organization.
  • Need to be a proficient user of Excel and Powerpoint tools, and be able to analyze.
  • Proactively build project management skills and expertise by learning and embracing new technology, staying abreast of industry developments and best practices, and attend or provide training as available and approved.
  • Support the implementation of comprehensive collaborative projects aligned with our mission, strategic objectives, and core values.


Qualifications

  • 7-10 years in a senior leadership role with PMO responsibilities
  • At least 5 + years previous healthcare or organization healthcare technology experience required
  • 2+ years in health care consulting
  • Fluent in building and maintaining project plans via project management tools (preferably Microsoft Project and project online)
  • Expert in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Preferred Project Management Institute qualifying certification or equalivant experience.
