Vice President of Sales

This is a fantastic opportunity to highlight your Sales and SaaS talent, working full-time on a fully remote team at a YC-backed startup founded by Stanford grads. You’ll work closely with our CEO and Sales Team to plan, strategize and lead the day-to-day activities of the Team. The successful candidate will highly impact the growth and success of the Team and Company.


Responsibilities:

  • Actively lead a team of Business Development Reps and Account Executives
  • Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual sales of existing and new products
  • Prepare and execute on ‘go-to-market’ approach for new products
  • Develop and implement strategic plans that actualize sales targets
  • Concisely communicate revenue targets to management, and individual sales goals to the sales team
  • Create good rapport with customers to develop and maintain trustworthiness
  • Establish daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets to act as a guideline that enables measurement of individual and group performance
  • Coach and mentor employees to meet sales targets that match the company’s goals
  • Hire, onboard and train new team members
  • Complete performance evaluations for employees
  • Be present, provide feedback to team and company and answer questions to improve productivity
  • Negotiate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients when necessary
  • Follow the company’s set budget
