Vice President of Marketing

Curio Wellness is seeking a proven Marketing maverick to lead Maryland’s #1 medical cannabis brand in to a new chapter of growth. As our VP Marketing , you will be responsible for developing and implementing new marketing strategies for our cannon of products as well as brand-centric campaigns that speak directly to existing and curious medical cannabis patients. In this role, you will collaborate with the Chief Revenue Officer to ensure that marketing initiatives support the company’s revenue growth targets and product mix distribution targets. You will also be responsible for collaborating with the Chief Brand Officer to craft brand stories that reinforce our mission to the public. The VP Marketing is also responsible for managing both internal and external agencies and freelancers as well as being responsible for coaching the internal marketing team members to maximize their potential.

This key team member must be an ambitious and creative go-getter who is extroverted and prefers to be in the market learning about our audiences and not spending the day behind a computer screen.
