Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

15 years of professional experience.
Experience recruiting and leading engineering teams.
Experience building and scaling technology products.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience leading, managing and collaborating across organizations.
Experience working in a high-growth and dynamic environment.
Experience with one or more of the following: building successful platforms with robust and large-scale 3P integrations; building enterprise products; building innovative and high-quality products and services that reach millions of end users.

Responsibilities

Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to drive and execute on an ambitious strategy to democratize and transform learning and teaching at scale.
Build and scale a portfolio of products that serve the needs of students, teachers and educators; for 100 million users today and through the next phases of growth.
Enable 1P and 3P development through the build-out of a robust platform and developer ecosystem.
Work across the organization to bring the best of Google technology to learning and education, including the latest advancements in ML and AI.
Lead and manage a high-performing team of engineers; continuing to build a strong, cohesive, inclusive culture. Serve as a thought-leader and partner to help the rest of Google better serve learners through our flagship products (e.g., Search, YouTube).
