Vice President, Global Business Intelligence
As Vice President, Global Business Intelligence you will drive our business intelligence strategy via leading a diverse team, and partnering closely with executive leaders across multiple businesses and functions. With a keen ability to blend strong business acumen with technical skillset, you will prioritize and influence enterprise analytical needs that result in outcomes that drive profitable business growth. Getting results will require assessing resource capacity, mitigating any capability gaps, and partnering with our Enterprise Technology Solutions (ETS) team on our data strategy.
The Global Business Intelligence team reports into the Finance function, creating a strong partnership to drive business results.

What You Will Do:
- Create and maintain the strategic roadmap for the overall Global BI function that is aligned to organizational objectives
- Define specific performance measures, parameters and benchmarks in operational and financial metrics, working directly with executive leadership across multiple disciplines including Finance, Customer Digital Solutions (CDS), ETS, SAP deployment program management, business product owners, and other business stakeholders; enabling progress tracking and identification of business performance gaps
- Partner with technical teams on project planning and prioritization to ensure that the delivery of internal data analytics and reporting is planned, aligned, resourced, and takes into account system/data dependencies
- Influence and be a key partner in developing our future data strategy and selection of best-in-class tools
- Partner with operational and business teams to support end user adoption of analytics reporting and related tools to ensure we realize their full value
- Manage a team of 15+ full-time employees plus a contingent workforce to deliver the goals and objectives of the global business intelligence function, developing our associates for future opportunities in the company
- Support our SAP deployments as part of the reporting workstream, ensuring that we identify any reporting gaps from current state to future state and align on resolution when necessary
- Translate business needs between non-technical and technical teams, ensuring we come to the right design choices to ensure successful completion and business adoption
- Stay apprised of the evolution and growing population of software tools in the market, including artificial intelligence capabilities, and make recommendations on use at Ecolab
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data & Analytics, Economics, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of work experience in data and analytics or similar experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tool and large data sets
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
