Overview and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Vice President, Business Operations professional to join our team! The Vice President of Business Operations is responsible for successful and efficient digital ad delivery and revenue recognition. They collaborate with Ad Sales Operations, Ad Sales, Technology, Distribution, Brand Product teams, Pricing/Inventory teams, and industry partners to ensure that Paramount provides industry-leading digital ad operations delivery and support to internal and external clients!


The ideal candidate is able to speak to a wide spectrum of digital and convergent ad topics, including video, mobile, streaming, CTV, addressable, programmatic, live video. They are passionate about rapidly assessing, deploying and iterating new ad solutions, data-driven workflow efficiencies, and developing scalable processes! They will have a track record of motivating teams to produce great work. They are able to prioritize and lead effectively in a dynamic, high-velocity environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Navigate ongoing maintenance of order management system, ad serving platforms and related services.
  • Oversee partner implementations: onboarding, ongoing delivery maintenance.
  • On a continuous basis, review and refine current business processes to increase efficiency
  • Serve as a point of escalation for ad delivery issues. Lead problem-solving and problem-prevention efforts.
  • Coordinate deployment of new ad solutions across sales, operations, finance, legal, tech and other teams to ensure successful revenue generation.
  • Lead or support all manner of ad-related projects throughout the project lifecycle, such as new process definition and implementation, process re-engineering, new ad product development, new application implementation/migrations, app/site ad integrations.
  • Participate in the process to Identify, select, and manage vendors, assessing the scope of each project and prioritizing delivery goals and timelines
  • Develop opportunities for workflow improvements, including automation


Basic Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of Operative One, Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel
  • Outstanding financial and project management skills.
  • Experience developing project plans, implementation plans, test plans, project documentation, training.
  • Extraordinary people skills – including skills required to build and maintain excellent client relationships


Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience integrating partners on desktop, mobile and connected device platforms, develope and implement application training
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools such as Google DataStudio, Tableau, Power BI
  • Experience using info sharing platforms such as Sharepoint, Confluence, Google Sites
  • Education: Post-Secondary Degree (BA, BSc, CS)
