From captivating visuals to seamless user experiences, your creativity will be the driving force behind our website's success.

Duties/Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Sr. User Experience Designer and Web Optimization Manager to bring our website to life.
Ensure every pixel of our website delights and dazzles users.
Craft user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that are as intuitive as they are eye-catching.
Design stunning UI elements that adhere to our brand's aesthetic.
Seek feedback, iterate, and refine your designs to perfection.
Work closely with our development teams to ensure flawless execution.

Must Have” Experience and Abilities

As a Visual Designer at BambooHR, you're not just an artist; you're a strategic thinker with a knack for turning ideas into reality. We're looking for someone who:
Has a proven track record of creating websites that users love, from concept to launch.
Masters Figma like a pro.
Excels in visual and interaction design, with a keen eye for mobile-centric patterns.
Can juggle multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality.
Thrives in a collaborative environment and values feedback as a tool for growth.
Has at least 3 years of experience designing responsive websites.
Showcases a portfolio bursting with creativity and innovation.
A Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field.
