Currently seeking a Program Manager for our Treasury program management team. The primary responsibility for this role is to serve as a project/program manager and a subject matter expert for Large financial institute (LFI) initiative. 

  • Drive end-to-end projects and deliverables in a fast paced, results-driven environment.
  • Facilitate dialogue with various stakeholders, understand their needs and drive teams to develop solutions to meet and/or exceed our customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the stakeholders, manage deliverables, interdependencies, track milestones with respective accountable owners and understand all stress testing requirements.
  • Proactively identify and report on risks, issues, dependencies for better planning of the program. 
  • Manage all aspects of multiple projects under the LFI to ensure the overall program is aligned.
  • Supports initiatives to continually improve and enhance existing processes.
  • Develop status reporting on project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues and communicate across key stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation and documentation skills, proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and SharePoint.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors or other advanced degree, with at least 5+ years of relevant program management experience.
  • Required experience in Corporate Treasury, Risk management and relevant knowledge in Treasury Operations, preferred.
  • Experience as an Agile Product Owner/Product Manager.
  • Highly motivated individual with ability to learn and understand various business lines and their functions within the org.
  • Project management experience, working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Risk assessment experience required.
  • Leadership acumen, ability to influence and negotiate with disparate parties. Ability to drive projects forward and adopt new processes and projects.
  • Clear and strong written and verbal communication skills.


Base Pay:

$83,685.00 - $132,988.00Actual starting base pay will be determined on skills, experience, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other perks, as outlined in any formal offer made.
