P&G is looking for a NA Transportation Network & Design Operations Manager who will partner with internal teams (Purchasing, Customer teams) and external teams (Carrier partners) to insure our transportation plan is sufficient to meet Customer requirements in terms of service, cost, and control. This position is responsible for continuous improvement of the operation and for guaranteeing agility to meet the changing needs of the business. You will manage and develop a team and have responsibility for service and network design for a subset of customers.

Qualifications

Required Skills/Qualifications:

Must have a bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management/Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a degree with relevant experience
0 – 3 years’ experience
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
Ability to problem-solve

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

SAP, Tableau, Power BI, Transportation Management System (TMS), etc. (no technical barriers)
Transportation industry experience ideal
