Trade Marketing Coordinator

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own custom build out process from start to finish, from ideation to installation
  • Specializes in assisting retailers and/or distributors with their PAX marketing strategy, including message development, marketing materials, and brand awareness for a goal of increased sales velocity.
  • Commercial assets: Owns budget for POS, displays and merch
  • Works with the sales team, both locally & nationally, along with the Trade Marketing team to develop and create assets for all retail execution
  • Develop vendor relationships for third party logistics and production companies; align internal teams with outside vendors to produce and execute all major fixture rollouts and shop-in-shops
  • Competitive analysis in the market to stay one step ahead of the competition
  • Assess current and past in-store trade materials, including but not limited to, in store signage and merchandising
  • Analytics and insights: providing feedback for consumer/ shopper trends, competitive intel


QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 2+ years of experience in a trade marketing or related role
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong collaborative nature and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Ability to travel (safely) for work in accordance with COVID guidelines
  • Experience working in a regulated industry preferred

COMPENSATION

In addition to the benefits above, this role has a pay range between $47-76k + equity.This pay range represents what we believe, in good faith, this role will pay. The final pay will depend on many factors, including years and depth of experience, level, and location of the employee. We only expect to pay the top of the range in rare and exceptional circumstances, for candidates that far exceed the requirements and expectations of the position.
