Thought Leadership, Research & Content Marketing Manager

Webex is looking for a thought leadership marketing to oversee research and content creation in the area of the future of work. This role will be responsible for managing quarterly and semi-annual research projects with 3rd party research organizations to ensure Webex has a continuous voice and leadership insight into the trends around the changing nature of work.  This person will also oversee the communication of the results, which provide a unique voice in the marketing, by working closely with PR teams and in creation of content for the market, and in training sales teams with the story lines and messaging.  You’ll also help in defining the Future of Work vision and messaging and help link the Webex portfolio to provide solutions to the challenges organizations are facing as they adopt to remote and hybrid work environments.

 

The role will be required to create an extensive research plan, messaging creation and content plans, and how to promote these ideas, partnering with research institutions to create compelling and groundbreaking research in this area, work with PR teams to promote key findings, and develop a tracking mechanism to show successful implementation around awareness and preference for Webex to help facilitate a new world of work.

 

Who You'll Work With

You’ll work closely with a team focused on thought leadership and overall solutions marketing, and report regularly on trends and results of published results. You’ll also work with other business units at Cisco to create compelling stories across different technology groups for demonstrating unique differentiation in the Cisco offerings for different buyers and decision makers across HR, Finance, IT, and Real Estate.

 

Who You Are

You’ll have knowledge and experience in conducting global research initiatives, have extensive experience in content creation, and are creative in your messaging and writing.  You have passion in analyzing data and finding insightful nuggets and information that help show a unique voice in the market.
