Technology Contract Specialist

Remote (United States)

Evolve is the largest tech-enabled, asset-light vacation rental management company in North America. We’re looking for a Senior Analyst, Technology Optimization who has a passion for technology, continuous improvement and optimization. This is an incredibly unique opportunity to partner with multiple areas of Evolve business and make an immediate business impact. This role will be a trusted partner to our business teams, understanding the technology used by those teams, evaluating the investment and contracts for those areas, and determining potential to right-size investments and gain efficiencies. You will do this in a culture that reminds us to learn every day… and also have some fun along the way!


What you’ll do

  • Become an expert in understanding the technology vendors used to support Evolve’s business (Customer Experience, Growth, People, Product etc.)
  • Proactively ensure we are right sizing investments by evaluating usage of applications, assessing application duplication, analyzing contracts and ensuring proper management of incremental cost triggers and licensing
  • Identify areas of biggest opportunity, developing and executing on plans to right-size investments in new and existing technology
  • Implement processes and tools to ensure sustainability of the right-sizing efforts
  • Implement dashboards and automated reporting for cost optimization
  • Ensure application, contract and landscape documentation is up to date and renewals are managed closely and proactively
  • Create awareness of cost drivers and impact change in management of cloud application/technology costs
  • Lead the above efforts as projects, ensuring the right analysis, risk management, communications, involvement, change management, testing and escalations


What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of experience in technology/application management, IT contract management and/or IT project management
  • Experience reviewing, analyzing and managing technology contracts, specifically key terms and incremental cost triggers
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and partnership skills; Able to gain trust and consult with various levels of leadership using these skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and can manage multiple competing priorities while continuing to advance critical initiatives
  • Self-assured and have a high tolerance for ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
  • Ability to explain technical information and concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Driven by a fast-paced, energetic, results-oriented environment
  • A sense of urgency and commitment to deliver without sacrificing quality or experience
  • Preferred experience with optimizing cloud technology spend


Compensation

Exempt

For this role our salary range is $84,000 - $96,000, depending on relevant experience

Equity: $25,000 of equivalent RSUs
