Technical Media Operations Specialist

El Segundo, CA

TechStyleOS is looking for a Technical Media Operations Specialist to join our team.

 

How Do You Fit In? 

The Technical Media Operations Specialist focuses on pixels and tracking implementation, product feeds oversight and management, audience feed delivery, privacy controls (CCPA/GDPR) and inbound and outbound data feed exchanges necessary for vendor optimization. This role is critical to the success of our brands and teams as the individual ensures our vendors and integration platforms are optimized to enable peak performance, efficient customer acquisition costs and streamlined ad experiences for our prospects and customers.


This role will be part of the greater Media Measurement team. Media Measurement encompasses analytics, data science, and operations while producing and maintaining all media tracking, reporting pipelines, analyses, attribution systems, and incrementality testing solutions.  


This position will report to the Manager, Media Operations & Tracking.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Place and optimize pixels, tags and cookies via Google Tag Manager across all our brand sites
  • Oversee customer data pipelines and audience feeds to our vendors to enable suppression and retargeting
  • Optimize media platform UI settings (Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.) to ensure our vendors are configured for optimal performance and ROI
  • Manage cookie consent configurations and controls via OneTrust for GDPR and CCPA Cookie Consent
  • Manage relationships with our brand teams and manage incoming requests from our stakeholders to ensure MarTech tasks are properly prioritized and executed
  • Document our processes, tools and systems to ensure we can maintain an organized and efficiency ecosystem


Experience & Skills:

  • 1-2 years experience in managing tag and pixel implementation (Google Tag Manager preferred)
  • 2 years experience in managing product feed integrations supporting Media and Acquisition (Facebook DABA, Google Merchant Center)
  • Experience with cookie consent tools and platforms as it relates to privacy and compliance (OneTrust preferred)
  • Strong understanding of online media buying and familiarity with media buying platforms (Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.)
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana
  • Proven ability to work productively and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams
  • Hands-on experience with Segment.io is an added plus

The annual base salary range for this position is from $58,320 to $87,670. The range provided includes the base salary that TechStyleOS expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
