What You'll Do

  • Execute talent acquisition strategy with focus on full-cycle recruiting
  • Manage SuccessFactors ATS including requisitions, postings, and candidates
  • Partner with hiring team to build job profiles and other marketing materials that support recruitment activities as needed
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR Partners and partner with them to gain full understanding and each position and set expectations for the recruitment process
  • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates to build applicant pool and seek referrals from other candidates


What You'll Need

  • Strong customer facing skills with ability to build effective relationships across the business required
  • Experience using the Internet for research (Boolean savvy) preferred
  • Highly organized with a focus on details and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
  • Basic computer skills such as familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
  • Must be able to travel within assigned region and other areas as needed


Your Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in area of specialty preferred
