What you'll do...

  • Develops, researches, and identifies prospective talent providing a pipeline of qualified candidates. This work may include several organizations for sourcing and pipeline development.
  • Works to support a team on sourcing and pre-screening needs, including pipeline development.
  • Recruiters support hiring for the seasonal population including sourcing, screening, and working with peers on attraction strategies.
  • As a recruiter, you are responsible for all facets of the recruiting life cycle for high volume seasonal requisitions, including provide regular, proactive updates and effective communication to all stakeholders, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire process.
  • In addition, you will work closely with the operations support team to ensure exceptional candidate experience to hiring.
  • Lastly, your input and perspective will be a valuable asset on project teams within Talent Acquisition, aligning with the Talent Acquisition strategy.

Day to day you'll ...

  • Build sourcing pipeline for key positions including posting on websites and searching LinkedIn, Indeed, and other resources.
  • Provide prescreen support for corporate full-time positions.
  • Liaison with Operation Support for scheduling, offers, background checks, and hiring status.
  • Own seasonal recruiting from sourcing to hire, including working with Recruitment Marketing manage on attraction strategies.
  • Support campus recruiting and relations efforts for the departments they support.
  • Participate on key Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives.

What you'll bring to the team...

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience.
  • Two or more years Recruiting, Staffing or Human Resource experience.
  • Proven Success in previously held positions as shown through increased responsibilities and career progression.
  • Experience sourcing talent from and working through job platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.
  • Intermediate MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint

It would be even better if you also had...

  • 5+ years Corporate Talent Acquisition experience.
  • One or more years in high volume recruitment.
  • Intermediate knowledge working in an ATS, Workday and BrassRing preferred.
