Talent Acquisition Coordinator

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you are a master of schedules, able to juggle a thousand and one tasks without missing a beat, and actually love that part of the job the most! You are incredibly meticulous with tiny details, really good at making sure everyone is informed and proactive – ensuring that everyone has what they need in advance. You are a social being that provides excellent customer service both internally and externally, yet you are incredibly discreet and sensitive to confidential information. A true professional in every sense of the word. 


Responsibilities:

  • Work with the recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate complex interviews that include phone, video, and onsite formats
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates including flights, hotels, rental cars, and hosting arrangements
  • Post open requisitions on external job boards when necessary
  • Schedule courier and manage inventory for candidate swag
  • Submit candidate expense reports for reimbursement
  • Assist with employment branding campaigns utilizing LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Indeed.com
  • Complete a monthly American Express reconciliation on Concur
  • Post new hire opportunities on the intranet and schedule stand ups
  • Schedule reference checks when necessary
  • Provide tours exposing candidates to the YETI campus and open workspaces
  • Pull various ad-hoc reports from ATS system
  • Assist Talent Operations Lead with internship program deliverables
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive candidates
  • Manage relocation estimates and approval process

 

Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required – Human Resources preferred
  • 0-2 years professional experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and social media platforms
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to tap into your creative side strongly desired
  • Strong attention to detail while producing high-quality results
  • Ability to work independently, execute multiple competing priorities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to exercise tact and discretion
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems is a plus
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment including the ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work within various levels of the organization required
  • Must be polished, professional and possess a can-do attitude required
  • Experience working with confidential information strongly desired


Targeting a start date in January/February 2021 - Will consider candidates who are HR majors who can commit to at least 30 hours a week and who are graduating Spring 2021
