Sustainability Project Coordinator

Remote (United States)

What do you get to do in this position?

  •  Acts as customer single Point of Contact for the sustainability projects
  • Understands the Scope of Work and Coordinates the activities of the project team
  • Coordinates data streams, requests for information, and activity trackers
  • Oversees the development of deliverables
  • Monitors, and communicates project performance and KPIs to the project to the Practice Lead or Services Manager
  • Escalates project issues and risks to Practice Lead or Services Manager
  • Organize client meetings, workshops, and phone conferences, managing client and internal teams agendas
  • Liaise with various parties to resolve queries
  • Ensure that templates and processes are followed appropriately in the delivery of contracted work to clients
  • Coordination and collaboration with internal resources to deliver project deliverables on time, and to a high standard
  • Consulting with the Program Manager to seek guidance and input during the key phases of each project.

This job might be for you if:

  • Bachelors Degree in Sustainability or Environmental Sciences, Energy, Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related technical or business field
  • Project management experience, PMP certification a plus
  • Management/Sustainability consulting experience
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office package, including Power Point, Excel, Word
  • High commitment to company vision, values and excellent client service
  • Proven track record in developing, managing, and executing client solutions
  • Progressive history of building successful relationships
  • Ability to communicate, both written and verbally, complex analysis and ideas in a concise manner
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast pace environment 
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on multiple complex projects in diverse areas
