Support Agent


As a Support Agent, you will be entrusted with crafting and delivering a warm, enthusiastic, and customized support experience for our wonderful customers around our family of products.

You are the missing puzzle piece to help us bridge any knowledge gaps that may arise. Through creativity and empathy yet critical thinking skills, you will analyze, investigate, and resolve complex issues. While you may encounter problems that can be resolved through a number of our existing resources, you may also have to troubleshoot an issue that we have not yet had the chance to tackle. 

All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Shift Details:

  • M-F *NOTE: The shift will include a half-day on Saturdays (8 am- 12 pm MDT) and a half-day on another day during the workweek.*
  • 8-5 MDT

Location: REMOTE

  • All applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and you must reside in the following states: AL, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, MO, MS, NC, NJ, OK, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI

What You'll Do:

  • Customer support for our software via phone and email
  • Data entry projects
  • Technical assistance with 3rd party gates

What You'll Need:

  • One year minimum on the phone customer service experience.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally, and nonverbally (i.e. phone, email, and in-person).
  • Ability to work independently and be detail oriented
  • Familiarity with G Suites (i.e. Google Docs, Google Sheets, Gmail etc.)
  • Familiarity with HTML coding and domain knowledge (Godaddy)
  • Ability to Multitask
  • Must be adaptable to changes
  • Interpersonal Skills (including the ability to de-escalate a customer if they are upset)
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Required
