Key responsibilities

Assistance in reviewing and drafting regulatory filings, research and drafting of legal memoranda.
Draft materials related to Board meetings, including memoranda, resolutions and minutes.
Review and draft contracts related to mutual fund operations.
Review and draft disclosures for shareholder reports.
Perform legal research and analysis.
Other duties as assigned.
Adhere to department and company policies and procedures, including confidentiality.

Who is our ideal candidate?

Qualified candidates must be in law school, pursuing a JD, preferably with an interest in securities law or the financial securities industry
