Key responsibilities

  • Assistance in reviewing and drafting regulatory filings, research and drafting of legal memoranda.
  • Draft materials related to Board meetings, including memoranda, resolutions and minutes.
  • Review and draft contracts related to mutual fund operations.
  • Review and draft disclosures for shareholder reports.
  • Perform legal research and analysis.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Adhere to department and company policies and procedures, including confidentiality.


Who is our ideal candidate?

  • Qualified candidates must be in law school, pursuing a JD, preferably with an interest in securities law or the financial securities industry
  • Effective problem-solving skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
