The Strategy Analyst position will be responsible for coordinating the Technical Risk Assessment (TRA) process. This includes setting up TRA tools for each pursuit, scheduling TRA meetings, and TRA closeout.


This role will be communicating with senior leaders and subject matter expects. We need a friendly and positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, effective communicator, and a team player.


As part of the district strategy team, you will be involved in process improvement efforts to identify, analyze, and improve existing business processes to optimize performance, meet best practice standards, and improve quality.


You will be involved in writing standard operating procedures (SOPs), creating process flow maps, identifying areas for improvement within the district, maintaining current processes, and streamlining reporting. 


Kiewit Infrastructure Engineering's Design-Build team is driving clients to turn to Kiewit during all stages of design-build projects. Through our integrated design and construction approach, our multi-disciplinary team works together to improve schedule, control costs, and minimize risk.


Our construction-focused engineers work collaboratively with our estimators and builders to design solutions that are innovative, constructible, and designed with a focus on safety.  Clients benefit from the proven processes and tools used by Kiewit to minimize project risk. We are an in-house resource that supports projects throughout the company.

LOCATION

This role will be based out of our Lone Tree, Colorado office with requirements to travel within United States or Canada or as business necessitates.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate the Technical Risk Assessment (TRA) process on multiple projects to include but not limited to setting up TRA tools, scheduling TRA meetings, and closeout.
  • Communicate with senior leaders and subject matter expects 
  • Write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) 
  • Create detailed process flow maps 
  • Identify improvements and optimize KIE processes 
  • Assist in technical training tracking and submissions
  • Assist with KIE Onboarding employee tracking and plan submissions
  • Streamline reporting
  • Provide feedback to assist in the development and updates of company SOPs


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field
  • Excellent in Microsoft products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI)
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills along with excellent people skills 
  • Must work well in active and fast-paced group settings 
  • Strong willingness to learn and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Team player/collaborative 
  • Organized, detail-oriented with effective time-management skills to effectively complete ongoing projects in balance with daily responsibilities
  • Ability to work with little supervision, meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, provide recommendations, and effectively communicate updates
  • Solid research, analytical, critical thinking, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of strategic planning, including terminology.
  • Ability to travel as business necessitates within the US or Canada

Base Compensation:  $76,806 - $73,315


(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
