As a SelectFew Strategist, you will
- Be the key component of the clients' marketing team, leading the charge on all aspects of their growth strategies
- Be the face of SelectFew to clients, communicating and managing them daily
- Be the leader of a SelectSystem of specialist contractors, guiding their work towards the client's goals
As a SelectFew Strategist, you will guide the clients' marketing systems forward, providing detailed analysis based on data reporting, utilizing your experience and training to genuinely assist companies in their progress. This job is made for those who want to make an actual difference with their daily decisions, learn the ins and outs of many different business structures, and work daily with a wide range of characters.
- Intimately learn the details of each client's business, goals, systems, and personalities
- Develop the strategy to aid clients' in forward development within their budget
- Manage and guide the SelectSystem of specialists, handling the day-to-day interaction between them and the brand
- Proven work experience as a marketing generalist, with expertise running ads, managing and growing social media accounts, designing and improving websites for conversion, drafting and improving email flows, etc.
- Desire and aptitude for excelling in a people-focused occupation, with the understanding of how to guide contractors, appease clients, and lead a team
- Curiosity and humility to continue learning and training, gaining new skills and using the most innovative techniques to advance the clients' businesses
