Who You Are

You’re a curious problem solver who has the ability to bring big ideas to life. You’re creative and scrappy but can navigate a large organization with ease. You’re agile and adaptable but work with precision to ensure we deliver top-notch customer experiences, always. You also have: 

  • One year certificate from college or technical school
  • 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, perform calculations such as gross margin percentages and to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
  • proficient in Microsoft Excel ; creating pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and additional functions. Knowledge of VBA and/or SQL is also a plus.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Sales experience is a plus


What You’ll Do

A Strategic Pricing Analyst is responsible for all items outlined below, as well as any additional commercial tasks as required.

  • Discrete quoting for both standard and non-standard parts
  • Coordinate with Engineering and Manufacturing for new part requests (product cost, PN assignment, etc.)
  • Request new drawings from customers as needed for new requirements
  • Determine expedite costs for new RFQs when customer’s need date pre-dates standard lead time(s)
  • Customer Master updates for new customer creation, address changes, updates, etc.
  • Evaluate key performance metrics and make recommendations for strategic adjustments (i.e. Win/Loss %, Book/Bill ratio, price model effectiveness, etc.)
  • Provide support as needed to CAM leadership team for LTA/LTC quotations and Gate Review process
  • Assist with various Excel reporting.
