Strategic Partner Manager

About the Team

Distribution Partnerships are a critical means by which we support various objectives of our company including user growth, marketing, data infrastructure, content and product / tech. The primary focus is on partnerships with telecom operators, OEMs, connected consumer entertainment devices, product, start-ups, forms of payment and other channels with opportunity to engage in other spaces and other verticals. We are looking for an enthusiastic professional interested in external strategic partner management and internal coordination across teams.


Job Description

  • Serve as primary point of contact for external, day-to-day management of key strategic partners
  • Develop scaled go-to-market programs for telecom, product, and other partners
  • Liaise with internal operations, marketing, and product teams to execute on deal terms
  • Manage projects associated with deal activations
  • Create and present regular business reviews and insights
  • Track contractual obligations, drive local amendments & execution of partnerships
  • Acquire, interpret, and present data in a manner that is digestible for partners
  • Evaluate evolving needs & opportunities through partnership with Business Intelligence
  • Focus primarily on local management of our largest partners across the region


Qualifications

  • 4-7 years experience of project management, partner management, technical solution development, or strategy in industries such as internet, telecommunication or consumer electronic; or leading consulting firm with rich project experiences in internet and technology
  • Bachelors degree
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to recognize needs and concerns of external stakeholders
  • Strong partner management skills and ability to manage projects and requests end-to-end
  • Demonstrated ability of documentation, data aggregation, and storytelling skills
  • Previous use of CRM and databases a plus
  • Logical and structural thought leader
  • Business proficiency in writing, reading and speaking in English
  • Mastery of GSuite/MS Office (Spreadsheets, Presentations); Slack and data analysis tools like SQL, Tableau or Power BI a plus
