Store Coordinator

Solvay is Orange, TX. is growing and we need your help. We are currently seeking someone for the role of Store Coordinator. This is a great opportunity to join a great company and site family. Our store room houses parts used in our facility on a consistent basis. The store coordinator will be responsible for managing the inventory of the storeroom, receiving and moving parts in SAP, conducting cycle counts, and other related duties. The goal would be to maintain a well organized storeroom with data accuracy related to inventory. After successful performance as a storeroom coordinator, someone would be eligilbe to make various internal moves to role similar to warehousing, production, and logistics.

What you will do:

Manage Inventory cycle counts of store Items.
Update and Manage Store materials: Min/Max, Repairables, Capital, key items, text, Etc.
Work with Site Buyer, Engineering group and Maintenance to keep store inventory levels at optimal levels.
Organize and maintain stores area, bin locations, site locations (i.e.Stores, Lower Warehouse)
Expedite Critical Stores parts with Site buyer and site.
Work with the procurement team on new items and quotes.
Setup/Obsolete parts from Stores via App sheets and SAP
Run monthly store reports and maintain KPI.

What we are looking for:

High school diploma or equivalent required
1 year experience in inventory control, management, coordination
1-3 years experience in a store system within an industrial facility preferred
SAP experience strongly preferred
Forlift experience a plus
Ability to use computer and related systems
