Stock Compensation Analyst

Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Analyst to join our Total Rewards team focusing on Compensation. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the broader Human Resources, Accounting, and Legal teams, where you’ll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company.

The Role 

This role will be responsible for assisting the Stock Compensation Manager with the Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) administration, as well as working on Proxy preparation.  


This includes preparation of grants and vests, and quarterly enrollment for the ESPP.  Additional responsibilities include working with Morgan Stanley as well as other Hyatt teams to ensure correct processing of the LTIP and ESPP.

  • LTIP Administration - Act as daily contact for our broker, verify transactions and distribute information to necessary parties, work with HR and HRIS to resolve file feed error issues, etc.
  • Processing of smaller LTIP grants and vests 
  • ESPP Administration - quarterly enrollment, participant changes, quarterly purchases, coordination with payroll, tax filings for disqualifying distributions, answering employee questions, etc.
  • Proxy preparation by running reports, gathering supporting documentation, and assisting with tables
  • Ad-hoc analysis and compensation projects
  • Assist the compensation team as needed with merit, IC, and communications
  • Opportunities to participate in Hyatt’s Diversity & Inclusion activities


Qualifications

Experience Required:  

  • 1+ years of experience in compensation, systems, HR, Finance, or other analytical experience
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel skills

 

Experience Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in HR or Total Rewards
  • ESPP or Long-Term Incentive Plan administration experience
  • Knowledge of ADP Enterprise, PeopleSoft, and Equity systems (Morgan Stanley preferred
