Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant

Interface is looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant to attract, assess, and hire top quality talent. If you enjoy recruiting for a variety of roles (operations and corporate), supporting TA projects, and creating/ refining processes, keep reading! 

The Senior Recruiter will partner with our Talent Acquisition team to lead and execute all efforts to support frontline hiring needs for assigned markets, departments, and or/ teams.  The Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant will focus primarily on operations positions and corporate positions unrelated to sales. This TA professional will need diverse recruiting experience, and resourcefulness.

Essentials Functions

  • Responsible for full life cycle recruiting on assigned reqs
  • Partner and build relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to develop a sourcing strategy for each requisition
  • Pipeline building / management for strategic talent gaps
  • Develops and executes comprehensive sourcing plans for assigned reqs to create candidate pipeline consistent with business trends, reduce time to fill and improve candidate quality
  • Collaborates with hiring managers to clearly define the core accountabilities of the position, and outline expectations for the recruitment process
  • Manages ATS and related candidate documentation to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Understands and stays current on market trends and employment conditions within the US and Canada; uses them to inform sourcing and other talent acquisition strategies
  • Participate in special HR/TA project as required

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (corporate and agency)
  • 5+ years of social media/ internet recruiting experience to source passive candidates, (LinkedIn, Indeed, Behance, etc.)
  • 5+ year of experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Proven experience utilizing key metrics to optimize the recruitment experience, and internal processes
  • Familiarity implementing/ utilizing recruitment marketing/ employer brand
  • BS/MS in Human Resources Management, Business or in other related field
