Sr. Project Manager

We’re looking for an organized and collaborative individual to fill a high-impact role as Senior Project Manager, Marketing to oversee cross-functional marketing projects at Zapier.


The Senior Project Manager is a new role within Zapier’s marketing department. You’ll work closely with all teams — including Content and Communications, Video, Marketing Programs, Advertising, Email, Partnerships, and Decision Science — to streamline projects. You’ll be responsible for bringing alignment, planning resources, and implementing workflows to aid the department's efficiency and effectiveness.

About You

You have 5+ years experience as a Project Manager. You have worked with stakeholders to schedule and scope projects across a full year, including their triaging, sequencing, and resourcing.


You build processes at scale. You have a knack for establishing processes that serve the needs of the organization and its participants. You set up software and automation that add measurable efficiency.


You're an excellent verbal and written communicator. You translate stakeholder needs into clear tasks and deliverables for contributors. You work through dependencies, bottlenecks, and tradeoffs with ease.


You have strong interpersonal skills. You have a track record of resolving prioritization conflicts, resourcing shortfalls, and timing issues. You do this as effectively in a remote environment as in-person.


You have knowledge on the inner workings of marketing. You know enough about marketing channels and programs to understand what it takes to launch, manage, and conclude a campaign or marketing project. You know different motivations and tendences across teams.

The Whole Package

Location: Remote, North America 

Our distributed environment lets us work with the best people. You don't have to be located in the USA either. Some team members live in the United Kingdom, Thailand, India, Nigeria, Taiwan, Guatemala, New Zealand, Australia, and more! You just need the skills and drive to succeed in this role and the ability to work from anywhere.
