Sr. Product Marketing Manager

Remote Bellevue, WA

We are Compulse, the Sinclair Broadcast Group division focused on marketing/advertising technology (MarTech/AdTech). We’re building a best-in-class omni-channel marketing platform for media companies and digital agencies to sell more digital advertising. Our SaaS-based platform supports omni-channel media planning, sales proposals, automated fulfillment, and insightful and actionable reporting and analytics.

We are seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager to collaborate with product management, marketing, sales, customer success and partners to successfully launch new products and grow existing products.


Responsibilities:

  • Work cross-functionally to develop go-to-market (GTM) plans to successfully launch new products, initiatives and major new features to market
  • Create product content, including product positioning – for marketing content and sales materials
  • Prepare and present product training for sales, customers, and other stakeholders
  • Be a subject matter expert for Compulse products - supporting sales meetings, demos, conferences, partners, executive meetings, and other stakeholders as needed
  • Be an industry expert – customer needs, requirements, trends, competitors, opportunities, etc.
  • Provide customer, sales and market feedback to product teams – detailing use cases, competitive threats, prioritization, market opportunity, etc.
  • Leverage customer feedback and data to identify new opportunities, determine product/feature success and improve customer experience


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, and/or other Ad Tech disciplines
  • Success launching SaaS-based products, preferably in the AdTech market
  • Experience working directly with customers, sales, marketing and executives
  • Proven analytical thinking, content generation, project management, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills
  • Track record of delivering results, ownership, and strong focus on growth
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence effectively across all levels
  • Positive attitude and good culture fit is a must.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with advertising/marketing products
  • Knowledge of the advertising ecosystem/industry highly desired, including media planning, Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), programmatic advertising, Facebook Ads, Google AdWords and related performance metrics
  • Experience with data analytics, reporting, UIs, self-serve and customer experience
  • Strong PowerPoint skills to expedite content creation. Bonus would be ‘Photoshop’ and/or video editing
  • White label or channel marketing experience a plus, but not required.

The Company is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary compensation range for this role is $120,000k-$140,000k and this position is eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan. Please note that the compensation information provided is a good faith estimate for Colorado-based hires only and is provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates’ relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
