In this role you will handle high-profile projects that touch content across multiple platforms and features worldwide. From product launches to marketing initiatives, product changes to daily modals, you and the product design team’s work will directly impact the experience for millions of our members! You are familiar with product design workflows and have experience working with designers across UI, UX, marketing, and design system specialties. You have an understanding of the product design and development process and the ability to push timelines when needed. You will be part of a tight-knit team, driving high quality results while meeting ambitious deadlines. You are a thoughtful and effective leader, deeply detail oriented, and comfortable with change and uncertainty in a dynamic work environment! 


What You'll Do:

  • Build and launch the development and production workflows of innovative media, content types, and product features
  • Partner with teams across the organization including front-end and back-end engineers, designers, PMs, localization, communications, and marketing
  • Proactively identify issues and solutions, marshal resources vital to attack and resolve. Coordinate with teams to identify issues, prioritize tasks and supervise risks to schedule and product quality, including cross-functional dependencies across engineering, product, and marketing
  • Drive on time delivery and deployment, identifying development and feasibility needs, establishing achievements for checkpoints and status updates
  • Handle and clearly communicate overall timelines, objectives, and resourcing needs for the design team
  • Lead highly cross-functional meetings and own translating content requirements into clear documentation to ratify decisions and ensure designers meet those requirements


About You:

  • Experience establishing processes and/or team culture within UI/UX and/or front-end engineering teams
  • You can independently translate high-level ideas into practical plans, and adapt to constant change in ambiguous situations while simultaneously driving multiple complex projects
  • You are an open, communicative, and reliable leader who is able to work closely with cross-functional partners, organizational leaders, as well as direct team
  • You have a bias towards action and are able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment


What You'll Need:

  • 7+ years experience as a Producer and/or Digital Product Manager in a highly creative-driven design, animation or production studio, brand team, or creative agency
  • Expertise in partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, UX/UI Design, Research, and Marketing teams
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with content management for both web and mobile platforms
  • Strong communication skills, ability to independently draft and present deliverables, recommendations and strategies
  • Experience negotiating and distilling complex requirements from multiple collaborators into a coherent brief


Salary Range:

  • $155,000
  • $170,000 a year


Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
