The CRM Campaign Manager will assist in driving revenue through supporting the execution and measurement of batch, lifecycle email, and push campaigns for the Snapfish brand.
This includes developing campaign strategy, creative briefs, overseeing the creative development process, and working with our Tech Ops team to set-up the campaign for accurate deployment.
This role will serve as the subject matter expert for the CRM channels and will lead the overall contact strategy, test strategies, and business development of new programs.
A key focus of this role will be advancing our personalization efforts and building out personalized campaigns.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with all marketing teams, internal operations teams, and vendors in a consultative manner to lead optimization efforts such as the use of templates and centralized assets and championing efforts to improve personalization capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead campaign execution from kickoff to deployment, including managing project timelines, overseeing creative development and web production, creating links, and performing QA on the final proofs.
- Write cohesive, organized and logical creative briefs for campaigns. Ensure creative briefs, creative executions and test strategies align with campaign strategies and objectives.
- Partner with a variety of work partners to ensure projects are executed successfully.
- Propose and plan a variety of tests, ensuring they meet expectations and will deliver clean test results.
- Work with an in-house design team to ensure creative delivers on brief requirements, will drive engagement, is right for the audience, and aligns with channel best practices.
- Collaborate with work partners in multiple time zones to build and deploy email and push campaigns.
- Attend and participate in weekly meetings with cross-functional work partners and be able to speak to email and push campaign strategy.
- Ability to access post-campaign metrics, understand drivers of performance, derive insights, and provide recommendations for future campaigns.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of email and push marketing experience
- Solid grasp of creative brief and creative execution best practices for email and push marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage expectations and proactively find solutions to unexpected issues.
- Ability to collaborate with people in a virtual environment and different time zones.
- Experience in customer segmentation strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and data interpretation capabilities.
- Excels in verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills – particularly when collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Understanding of major ESP capabilities e.g. Responsys, Salesforce, Adobe, etc. a plus.
- Push marketing experience and tools a plus
- Experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Clarizen, Aprimo, Base Camp, etc. preferred.
Goals:
- Differentiate customer journeys and incorporate omnichannel messaging - Execute team roadmap projects to enhance customer journeys and grow the active audience 5% by coordinating trigger messaging with email, push, and SMS to create an omnichannel messaging approach and developing differentiated experiences for buyers and non-buyers in 50% of triggered journeys.
- Improve batch content personalization and campaign efficiency - Increase batch CTR 10% and RPE 5% by sending more segmented emails with more relevant and personalized/dynamic content in 50% of batch messaging, determining gaps and opportunities, and continually testing to learn and optimize the program.
- Increase cross-team data collaboration and insights sharing - Work closely with the analytics team to use their data capabilities to expand our audience reach, better segment audiences, and improve forecasting and planning accuracy.
