We are looking for a candidate who can design fluently in multiple media, beyond the expected Adobe Creative Suite, including, HTML e-mail and web pages (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and advanced PowerPoint design skills would be a plus. Experience working collaboratively with writers and other partners to brainstorm and concept creative communications solutions is also required.

Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, business strategy and customer needs, while still keeping deliverables consistent with UMR voice, tone and brand
Work with key stakeholders to set the vision for assigned projects, with an eye for engaging target audience and driving action/results
Balance great design with short deadlines and multiple priorities
Support the production processes and implementation of communications materials
Manage and maintain marketing communications assets in line with establish standards and procedures

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or similar degree
5+ years of Graphic Design experience
3+ years working within a corporate brand playbook
5+ years in executing communication campaigns and/or design in multiple media, such as PowerPoint/Microsoft suite, InDesign/Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working within a matrix organization and or in-house design team
Video development
Experience in the health care space

Soft Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to $118,300. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900.
