We're currently looking for someone who is obsessed with marketing and excited to join a quickly growing team. The Sr Brand Marketing Manager is a highly creative person with a passion for thinking analytically. The ideal candidate can execute successful, smart campaigns in partnership with the creative team, develop well-structured tests, and optimize performance over time against key KPI’s.
- Lead marketing campaigns cross-functionally, working closely with Creative and Operations teams, to ensure the campaign is delivered effectively and serves our Brand
- Lead campaigns for social, web, paid, and experiential
- Conduct analysis of and deliver regular reporting on overall brand metrics
- Support brand budgeting process and calendar management
- Support exploration of partnership opportunities
- Research, develop and implement new and effective marketing strategies for integrated product and brand awareness campaigns
- Define measurable brand goals for each campaign; document and communicate results and learnings to ensure they are applied to future campaigns
- Research and regularly report on media landscape and best practices
- Lead exploration of partnership opportunities, and support partnership execution
This position is ideally for someone who excels at multi-tasking and is open for various challenges. As we are a small, growing and seasonal company - day to day tasks are not often the same. Processes and situations are consistently changing. With this said, flexibility and a "can-do" attitude are required.
- This position will be fully remote
- Pay: $100,000 - 110,000 / year
