As a Sr. Analyst, Retail Sales working on the KUSA Team, you’ll not only keep the pace, but set it. Working as part of KUSA Sales, you’ll act as a key bridge, deploying our overall Sales strategy to Retail. Your passion for executional accuracy, and being insights driven will make you a valued part of our team. The Sr. Analyst Retail Sales Reporting, KUSA Retail Excellence will be the key information source for retail execution data and information.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Business Analysis and Updates – With an uncommonly good eye, you will identify connections and patterns to uncover potential opportunities, and share your findings. Here’s a snippet of what you may be doing on any given day: Lead various projects surrounding Sales Automation systems and the administration and monitoring of Retail Sales programs. Will provide analytics and ad hoc reporting support to the Retail organization. Will become an expert for the KUSA Retail Excellence team regarding sales automation software. Be prepared for the management, development, deployment, and integration of all POS reporting. This reporting you pull is critical as it serves as the source of daily retail sales information across our Sales support teams
  • Providing Insights – As the expert on our sales metrics, you will work closely with sales directors, brand growth managers, category management and KNA eCommerce team to review business trends and provide your input on opportunities to improve
  • Collaboration - It’s the heart of what we do.  Working closely with cross-functional partners, you will identify and develop process improvements that further enhance and streamline the POS reporting and retail hierarchy governance. Even more, you will work with the Finance and Sales Team to simplify and standardize monthly budget process, communication, and payout. Work closely with IT partners on the data integration into systems such as Tableau
  • Maximizing Business Processes - Got an idea? We’d love to hear it. In this role, you’ll manage tools critical to retail selling/execution, and create and implement processes that allow visibility to the flawless deployment of our promotional items to the stores.


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required:

  • High School Degree/GED along with proven retail or sales experience
  • Ability to work closely with sales to understand all planned promotional events and foresee issues that might arise during the execution
  • Ability to manage multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities, extended work schedules, and specific time constraints
  • Proven efficiency working in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Power Point and MS Teams)
  • Proven ability to communicate complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing functions, knowledge levels, both in writing and verbally


Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Demonstrated analytical work experience
  • Understanding and working knowledge of Nielsen reporting and Tableau
  • Individual should be well versed in SAS, R or Python.
  • Understanding of Nielsen and IRI data
  • Experience with Retail Sales, including StayInFront, SAP BW (Business Warehouse), Access and TDlinx.
