The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day. 


The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle. The Site & Application Marketing team within USCM leads Prospect’s card shop and application experience which are both quintessential to our ability to convert prospects. Site & App is a high visibility channel that requires close collaboration with partners across the blue box to operate and is focused on driving strategic integrations and membership focused marketing across prospect shop and application. 


The Sr. Analyst of Application and Newcomer strategy will work cross-functionally to support and execute on marketing opportunities that will push our application and site experiences towards their ‘next gen’ phase. More specifically, the incumbent’s focus areas will include strategic initiatives within our application experience, like Bank Based Underwriting, as well as newcomer marketing that will allow us to attract and convert new, global audiences, like NOVA integrations in-app and our Global Card relationships service. They will support these strategies by partnering with channel owners across the Site & App and Media & Innovations, the marketing analytics organization, EDDS and cross functional partners across the blue box.  


Responsibilities Include: 

  • Support & execute innovative initiatives that will allow us to reach new, diverse audiences and build ‘next generation’ application experiences 
  • Partner with the run the business marketing arm of the Site & application team to source performance insights and findings that should underpin next gen application strategy 
  • Build & manage cross-functional relationships to support the marketing experience underlying initiatives like Bank Based Underwriting, Nova in application and Global Card Relationships  


Requirements 

  • Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude 
  • Strong project management, and organizational skills with an attention to detail to ensure end-to-end flawless execution 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once, operate autonomously, and prioritize effectively 
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently and through ambiguity and white space 
  • Passion for performance marketing 
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to interact and influence internal partners 
  • Motivation and excitement to be an active member of a high-profile, fun, and fast-paced team 
  • 3+ years of marketing experience preferred 


Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 Annually + Bonus + Benefits
